Regional Sales Representative
USEFULL is the only 100% plastic-free, tech-enabled, and returnable takeout solution designed for college, university, and corporate campuses. We are looking for a sales representative to identify prospective clients and expand sales within the college and university vertical. The sales representative will work diligently to identify leads, educate prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations, and provide existing customers with exceptional support. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-focused, and solution-oriented with strong problem solving skills. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up to get the job at hand completed while having fun doing it.
This role requires both strategic thinking, high quality sales execution, and exceptional organization:
Sales Tasks:
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services and products
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Have an in-depth understanding of USEFULL’s products (inventory and technology)
Have a deep understanding of the problem USEFULL is solving and how USEFULL adds value to customers
Monitor customer activity post implementation in coordination with the Head of Customer Engagement and Operations
Communicate effectively with leadership
USEFULL is based in Boston, MA. Location for this role is flexible. The ideal candidate is located in Boston with a willingness to relocate. This role reports directly to the CRO and has advancement opportunities. Some travel will be required.
